Because we are committed to genuine economic transformation, we put our money where our mouths are, having maintained a Level 1 BBBEE status since the establishment of the firm. We are 100% owned by a black female. More importantly, we are devoted to the upliftment of young black professionals and law students; participating in mentorship programmes with the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University’s law faculty and providing funding for deserving black law students. We have partnered with the local university to present the Fredericks Incorporated Law Award to an outstanding law student, which is celebrated annually during the law faculty’s prize giving ceremony.
